By using Memoir, you agree to these terms.
Your content
You retain all rights to your photos and the memoirs you create. You grant Memoir a limited license to process and (when you choose to share) host your photos solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Memoir to share content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or violates anyone’s privacy. Don’t share photos of people who haven’t consented to being shared.
Service availability
Memoir is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Shared memoir links may become unavailable if the service changes, infrastructure changes, or accounts are inactive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoir and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
